Sometimes all you need is a simple classic bun. I’m notorious for always wearing hair ties around my wrist in the instant that I want to put my hair up quickly. An easy way to get your hair out of the way, but still look put together is a bun. I like to opt for a high bun since it suits my frame the best way. This hairstyle only requires a few hair ties and some Bobbie pins if you really want to be precise. I usually don’t use Bobbie pins since I can create a bun on hair ties alone.
Got short hair? You can still rock a half top knot, grabbing the top half of your hair to work with. Working with 2nd day old hair works best, meaning don’t wash your hair right before or the night before. Making it even easier, working with 2 days old curls can help with the texture and keeping your bun to stay in place. If you are ever looking to change your hair style, but still look put together, go for a high bun, you can’t go wrong. It will give your look a change and make you look fashionable and functional especially for the warmer months ahead.
