While Pumpkin Patch picking is in full swing, everyone’s fashion seems to be very Fall appropriate with knee high boots, scarves and jackets. In my case, the weekend we decided to go Pumpkin picking a heat wave came through Southern California, thus making my outfit more weather appropriate to endure the scorching heat.
I chose a loose fitting top I scored at Anothropologie for 50%! It’s got a nice flow to it with the ruffled details at the hemline. I chose to pair it with white shorts for an added pop and crisp of color. Still dreaming about the winter days (it’s my favorite season to dress for) I still wore my cutout booties, making it fall like, but with a summer feel providing airflow with the cutout holes. Finishing off the look with my favorite farmer’s hat, it provided me the protection from the blazing sun while still adding that extra stylish look to the outfit. Look through my outfit below.
