Being a parent today can be difficult in trying to decide which products we should use for our little ones. We want the best for our children, choosing the best products when we can. Ease your worries with these WaterWipes, the world's purest baby wipes. From babies to toddlers, to even adults, baby wipes can always come in handy
WaterWipes is a chemical free wipe containing only two ingredients, 99.9% pure Irish water, and 0.1% grapefruit extract. They are proven to be the safest, most natural option of wipes. So there’s no worry about harsh chemicals getting on to your little ones. They are also very durable, strong enough to wipe away those tough stains. I picked up mine at our local Walgreens in the baby section, right beside other big name brands.
The family and I put these wipes to the test and took them along with us to get some ice cream. For all the fellow parents out there who know, Ice cream + toddlers = Messy, sticking, dripping! But nonetheless we do it because what kid doesn’t deserve ice cream once in a while! This was the first time both kids had their own ice cream cone, and well to say they were exited would be an understatement. In dove their tiny little faces, attacking the ice cream and within seconds the melting and dripping started to happen!
My husband and I were right there to clean up the mess with the help of WaterWipes. We found them to be unscented, moist and durable. Most of all, my kids didn’t seem to mind them. There were no redness after wiping and no irritation. We even had to use them on ourselves to take the stickiness away.
Wipes are always used in our household. From arts and crafts projects, to cleaning up any mess and wiping their dirty little hands, I can rest assure that these wipes are natural, safe, and effective for my active kids. If you have a baby at home still in diapers and they suffer from diaper rash, or irritation of the skin, these would be a great option! These have my approval as a parent and most of all got the thumbs up from my kids!

In these past few weeks I’ve sold, donated, or found another use for things around the house. Sometimes clearing out items in your house can be a very rewarding feeling. Don’t get me wrong, it’s been hard for me to let go of certain things, especially the kids baby stuff, but then I think to myself, there’s no use for it to just sit here in a box, rather, let me give it up and create new memories and use for others.
Slowly I’ve gained the courage to get rid of things that we as a family have just grown out of. My son even knows that if he’s not using his ‘baby toys’ anymore, it’s time to clean out the toy bin. I admit I’ve been one to hold on to things for a while, though my husband is the total opposite. It’s taken a few years, well 10 to be exact lol, but we’ve found a good balance and compromise between what we should keep and shouldn’t. While it’s sometimes sad to let things go, they are just things and the memories will always stay with me. I’ve also found it therapeutic to clear out the old, and make way for the new. Try it in baby steps, I’ve found that selling to consignment stores works best for me. Yes, the sell back may not be as high if I were to sell it myself, but at least I get something out of it, more than I would it just sitting collecting dust. I stick by the rule that if I haven’t used it, seen it, or thought about it in 12 months, that means it’s time to find another home.
A few weeks ago I experienced my first time at the Del mar races. We went as a group with some of my Xtend barre gals, gathered into a van and off we went. I saw this as two opportunities, one to experience something new, and two, to hang out with the ladies I take barre with everyday outside of the studio!
Once you get into the races it’s a go go go. You really have the luxury of making your own experience at the races. You have those who are really into the races and are there solely to bet on the ponies, then you have those who are like me, where everything is so new and you have no idea what is going on, then you have those who are simply there to enjoy the scenery, the people, and enjoy some leisurely time there.
I figured since it was my first time there I should see how my luck was and bet on at least one race. It can be quite intimidating placing your bet, especially since this was my first time. Luckily some of the ladies gave me pointers and some of their knowledge. I also got lucky and the betting attendant explained things as I was making my bet.
Overall it was a great day to be outdoors, spending a little time with my friends, and experience something new. The fashion I saw spanned from casual flip-flops, to totally glammed with the big hat and all. I opted for a lightweight easy to wear sundress with a chunky heeled sandal. It was a great day, fun experience, and perfect opportunity to dress up away from my everyday casual wear!
Today I’m sharing a great lunchbox option for both kids and adults! While searching for a lunch box for my son, I knew what I wanted and didn’t want. I knew I needed it to be leak-proof, fall proof, and well kids friendly! Upon my search I came upon these boxes by Bentgo kids. It is an innovative bento-style lunch box designed exclusively for active kids on the go. It is durable, solid and most of all portioned out to offer a wide variety of different options.
This biggest compartment is used for the main dish, such as a sandwich, and then I offer some fruit, veggies, a side snack, and a special treatl. It’s been able to keep his lunch cool till lunchtime and has not leaked once. The tray inside is removable; making is easy to wash and is dishwasher safe. These Bentgo boxes are a fun way to get your kids excited and keep them engaged during lunchtime. I even bought one for my daughter on our days out to pack a lunch or snacks while her big brother is in school. To shop and read more about these lunch boxes check them out here:
