This is the recipe I’ve been using for the past two weeks and love it. I blend all the ingredients in my trusty magic bullet, and the results are a delicious (to my taste palette) green smoothie. It’s refreshing, light, and filling. I like to drink this for my afternoon snack, boosting my energy for barre class later that day. Trying to stay healthy and eat better is different for everyone. Finding those shortcuts by blending everything into a smoothie is a great way to get all those greens in at one time. This has been working for me, and I will continue to try new ingredients, per the season and what fruits and vegetables are freshly available.
